Perfect to drink before 6am sessions, only adjustment id make in an ideal world is sometimes it doesn’t mix fully and a bit gets stuck at the bottom of the shaker but you can soon gulp that down lol

This Carb + Electrolytes combo is a game changer been having this before workouts in the gym and before my half marathons every other week! It’s been working a treat! Easily mixed and tastes great 🙌🏼 just about to order some more 🤣

Amazing taste and works a treat

First time trying this product and it’s been great so far, I can really feel the difference when I’m cycling as it helps fuel my rides aswell as te electrolytes which is needed 👍🏻
