Jacket had manufacturing defect. I emailed several times to explain and try to organise a return, but received no response or acknowledgement whatsoever. Eventually I placed a new order for a replacement and returned the original for a refund, requesting a tefund for my return shipping outlay. The replacement jacket had a similar defect (poor manufacturing quality control!) so i returned that for replacement. In the meantime, ACW generated a new order to replace the first jacket, despite my request for a refund, but sent the wrong size in any case. I refused to accept that delivery. Eventually i received a refund for both orders, but no recompense for either of the return shipping costs incurred due to two defective jackets. At no point did i receive any customer service communication from ACW, despite having sent multiple emails, social media DMs and written notes with both returned jackets. Disgustingly bad customer relations.
