A lot flimsier than previous patches used. Harder to remove. Cant smell the essential oils like on others.
Early days to say if they work as well as others I've tried.

I have used the first patch last night and I am impressed because I have problems sleeping and I slept through

Used them a few nights so far nothing has changed. I'm hoping things will soon improve but I'm not holding my breath.
