At this time I haven't started. I am taking your advice in and it is so much of what I'm experiencing. I will turn 60 in exactly one week and I have some changes to make in my own life before I start taking it. I fully plan to take it and want to make sure that I take it under the right circumstances. I.e. in other words just mentally set to make changes in my life. I will let you know that your advice and information has been eye-opening and I thank you I will let you know my progress when I begin and any results. I am going through a phase where I need to make changes and that has been difficult to commit to.

I am having more energy each day, so I do more and get tired. I use to nap every day. More my naps are not everyday and also just resting, not sleeping.

I have completed my first 30 days . Already I am feeling some noticeable progress. I have more energy and more excitement about doing physical tasks. So far, so good. I am excited about how I will feel after 90 days!
