The All-Rounder: More Than Just a Curl Bar

This is my latest addition to the collection of products I own from this company. I’ve been putting the EZ curl bar through its paces, and honestly, it’s a beast. First off, the build quality is excellent—it feels solid and premium. The highlight for me is the perfect volcano knurling. It’s super grippy without being "cheese-grater" sharp, so you get a secure hold every time. While it’s obviously great for curls, it’s surprisingly effective for a ton of exercises. I’ve actually been using it for front squats and Zercher squats; the shape makes the rack position way more comfortable than a standard straight bar. Also excellent for skull crushers and bent over rows. If you want a versatile, high-quality bar that can handle more than just arm day, this is the one.

Wow this company has surpassed my expectations once again. This Ez curl bar is high quality and the perfect weight. And once again paired with the hooks has changed everything.
