Eastern Spinebill

My spinebill is perfect in my garden. My partner has ordered a kookaburra for a friend’s birthday in Melbourne. I can recommend all your lovely metal birds. Might need another soon 😊

The Eastern Spinebill and Blue Wren are both beautiful additions to our little garden that we escape to as often as we can down the South Coast NSW. We enjoy having the real ones, amongst other little birds, visit to have a drink or bath and feed on the native flowers and insects. My late mother ( her maiden was Bird) derived great pleasure from watching the little birds use this birdbath at her villa in Canberra. When the real birds aren’t visiting I can still look at my metal ones and think of her.
