When arrived box was damaged so emailed micro just to put in picture. Couldn’t have been more helpful as said open to see if damaged so we would still have time to send replacement for granddaughter’s birthday. Luckily wasn’t damaged but great customer service . Thank you

Our daughter loved the scooter. She had the micro scooter for young kids and this upgrade works perfectly for her. to communte to school is so much fun with her new scooter
