Poor Customer Service

Purchased multiple items and had the wrong eyelash glue sent. Contacted Lavio received a response apologising and advising the correct item would be sent on Monday express for a Tuesday delivery. The tracking has been pending for over a week. When contacted again, no one responded. Extremely disappointed and will 110% not be recommending or reordering.
