Good, could be improved

I love the idea, and I love the convenience of the product. However, the velcro that is not covered by the strap tends to tear up my backpack where it makes contact. The chain is also pretty short, i can't always get it around both the frame and a bike rack. A couple inches longer chain would make a world of difference in a lot of situations. Also a piece of fabric included to cover the velcro that is not covered by the strap while riding would be great to protect a backpack. i used an old sock that I just cut a strip out of for this purpose, but if the fabric was reflective or color matched it would be much better.

Comfortable to wear around my waist, but I'm concerned about dirt on my clothes from when it's locked outside. I found the locking mechanism slightly confusing and left it unlocked the first time I used it (you need to turn the key then turn it back). And I was disappointed that the packaging had to be cut open with scissors and destroyed. But it does seem to work so far!

It does what it suppose to do, no problems.
