Follow the company's phyz programme and was intrigued into there supplements. Honestly have to say they are above the standard in the supplement world. The hydration powder stacked with creatine and beta alanine works wonders when doing high intensity to replenish sodium levels. Protein powder (chocolate) is the best I have used and works brilliantly for overnight oats too. Workout fuel is great too for the early morning sessions. Good bundle and class supplements, very impressed.
