Immediately after opening my package that took a month to arrive, the magnet on the magplate popped right off. Emailed CS about the issue and they suggested I purchase food-grade wood glue to fix it and if that doesn't work, that they will ship out a replacement magplate but that I have to wait another month until it is in stock. Never apologized for their imperfect tender. Expected more from a $140 pepper grinder and now I can't use it to its full potential for another month.

Exceeded expectations! If you love pepper, precision and personality, the Piper is perfection.
I’m tasting flavor notes I didn’t know my pepper had. And the grinding experience is so satisfying. My wife loves it too and she could honestly care less about pepper mills. The Piper brings joy and is worth every penny.
