SO CUTE & FLATTERING OMGGGG, i have a 26" waist w/ 32" high hips and got a 28" bc they're low waisted and they're a perfect fit! short enough for a little cheeky action in the back but also don't feel like i'm going to flash any more than that, material is great, print is so cute, probs my fav pair of shorts i've ever owned :D
