T-Nuts

I’m building my first plywood climbing wall for practicing and demonstrating climbing techniques, and these Metolius T-nuts worked great. I drilled the holes with a 1/2" bit and they went in snugly but without much trouble. They feel very solid, and the four prongs really help keep them from spinning when installing or removing holds. Very happy with them so far.
