would like to have known its not real wood. its a cheap wood with decal wrap. also the acrylic sheet is so thin it won't lay flat in the frame, very poor quality, i had to order a piece of glass. i ordered white foamcore backing and got card board.

I have ordered several custom frames from Frame USA and I have been extremely impressed and pleased with each frame I have received. The first few times I ordered I wasn’t confident in my calculations so I called and asked for help. Customer Service was wonderful and walked me through the process step by step. I’m really really happy with this company and I’ve told my friends in my painting classes about them and encouraged them to give it a try for their own paintings.

Frame is great. Sturdy, professional, and the hardware was easy enough. My only question is about the space behind my image/magazine - I thought there was supposed to be a thicker material behind to support the thickness of the frame (the extra space I sought in this frame between the frame and the wall). I probably misunderstood that part (about any material (eg. thicker foam/cardboard) possibly behind behind my displayed object).
