Easy fix
For whatever reason, the previous Thickslick rear tire I had was starting to tear from the inside. This replacement looks good and after about two weeks of riding is still doing very well. No complaints!

Thickslick 700x28c Freedom Sport Tire
Replacement for my old Thickslick. The tire I received seems to be working great and was easy to install on the rim.

Thickslicks sport tire
I haven't ridden much since installing these tires so I can't really address how they will hold up for longevity, but I like their look, and they mounted easily and clinched the rims very nicely. They seem to be very well sized for sidewall height and width and fit on my cannondale road bike which has pretty close tolerances. They seem very sturdy with an extra belt in the "tread" area. They grip the road well. I ride 6 to 7 thousand miles per year, so we will see how they hold up for distance.
