Honestly, this is the best place I’ve ordered from in a LONG time. The quality of the items were top notch, delivery was quick and the customer service was even better. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of the mirror signs, I tried to cancel the order however I couldn’t figure out how to so I just ordered a new one in the correct size. I then received an email from Nicola asking if I had meant to order two of the same items, I explained what I had done to her and she very kindly refunded me for the wrong one. She was so kind and unbelievably vigilant to even notice this and to then also reach out to me to double check!! This is customer service I personally have never received before! She even went the extra mile to put the print I ordered in the first lot into the right size package so they came together! I honestly couldn’t recommend this shop anymore! Everything I have received is such amazing quality and package so nicely so nothing was damaged! I will definitely be ordering from here again!! Thankyou so much :))
