Product arrived broken- cannot be replaced

Product arrived broken, and has a very weak magnet. The book does NOT stand well and the pieces slide off easily. Wanted to like it for my son's birthday, but unfortunately it ended up being a disappointment. Customer service will not replace, read return policy carefully.

The board is not magnetic. The pieces are magnetic. The pieces connect to each other on the non magnetic board. They slide off their positions and stick to each other, while attempting to play the game. The board should be magnetic, so the pieces stay in place , before the next move.

DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BE SCAMMED! Major design flaws! The board is NOT magnetic, so with the slightest nudge, the pieces go flying. Also, when you move one piece, it attracts other pieces off the board into a clump. Buyer has to pay return shipping, which is more than the chess set costs.
