I love my new hula hoop!

I’m almost 77 years old and I’m having a great time playing outside with my beautiful amethyst hula hoop. I appreciate all of the information and instructional videos that Spinsterz has sent to me and I’m working on increasing my workout times and trying out more of the moves in the videos. It is so much fun!!
