I love them. They came within a few days, exactly as advertised. They don't react with my skin, which was a big worry. They've helped massively with picking at my fingers and easing overall anxiety. Plus they look good.

I ordered a ring, but unfortunately it was too large. I initially contacted customer service to request the details for returning it for a refund. Instead of providing the return information, I was offered an exchange, even though I had clearly asked for a refund. I have since sent two further emails requesting the information needed to return the ring and receive my refund, but I have had no response. This has been quite frustrating, as I simply want to return the item and resolve the issue. At the moment, the lack of communication and support has been disappointing. I hope the company improves its response times and customer service when dealing with returns and refunds.
