Worst thing I’ve ever brought off of you, I’ve always brought your products but this has got to be the worst thing in the world. You should never put your name to it. All the gel keeps going into great big clumps, must be very uncomfortable to lay on, you say don’t put it in the freezer on the box it says put it in the freezer, very confusing, I did contact support but nobody ever got back to me. It’s been thrown in the bin and taken away by the dustman. Total waste of money.
