Looking forward to using this on a overseas trip in a couple of weeks. Well made. Holdmate is a very useful thing to have when hiking as well. Peace of mind knowing my phone is secure.

Works as advertised. The retractable line has a pretty strong recoil which can make it hard to hold the phone stable at times for a video, but that's way better than it being too loose. It definitely securely pulls the phone back in when released.
