The shoes are not machine washable, and I do not believe the website makes that clear before purchase. If that information had been disclosed more clearly, I absolutely would have reconsidered the color, especially given the cost of this purchase. On top of that, APL customer service has been rude, unhelpful, and disappointing throughout this process.
