The company is very professional in handling product issues. The mouse pad feels great and has a strong, well-designed build. I recently had an issue with my sleeve starting to rip, possibly due to heat causing the adhesive to weaken. I contacted support and received a response within a few hours. Because I clearly explained the issue, the support team handled it efficiently in a single email and arranged a replacement. It arrived very quickly as well.

Despues de probar la almfombrilla de cristal durabte unas semanas me parece una locura de producto, con la alfombrilla de cristal tengo mucho mas control y es perfecta para lo que yo andaba buscando
