5 stars, 10 out of 10. It doesn’t move or budge when applied on completely dry lips, I’ve used it almost everyday since I got it for the first time last year. I love it so much!

The colour was fantastic and it lasted all day, even after eating noodles and a burger the lip liner was still there!! You do need to give it like 10-15 mins when you first apply it but after that its set for the whole day.
