Essential Forts

Rly wanted to love this. Unfortunately my customer service experience was not great. My order ended up taking 2 months to be delivered. There was an extra international shipping cost i needed to do a few weeks later after i had purchsed my order which wasnt super clear / advertised on the website from what i saw. This was in addition to international shipping. I had a few issues pop up with shipping and couldnt track my order so I reached out but I wasnt gotten back to. After texting on email and dm several times I received an explanation saying it was shipping back to them. Finally after receiving my order I almost instantly noticed several damaged parts from the hooks where the latches were, to also some of the cuts not lining up or being even which therefor made me not able to complete the build properly/ safely. In addition to this, I was delivered two, one story castles instead of what i needed which was ONE one story castle, + ONE tunnel which i did not get. Upset $ disappointed
