I normally really enjoy your product however when it arrived the chocolate was completely pelted. Given the very high temperatures we have been experiencing maybe it’s an indication that a chilled package may work better.

It arrived this afternoon Thank you for excellent service My email would. not send I enclose photo of what arrived 😊 Although I sent the delivery company instructions not to leaveit in the sun - it was left in the sun but fortunately I was home within 25 minutes and no serious damage I amdisappointed with the delivery company very pleased to receive this replacement My Bain Marie attempt at saving the melted mass was very messy and not completely successful - hate waste!

I love this product as dark chocolate is my absolute favourite! It comes in a large tub with lots of pieces of chocolate!! I have to confess I've not made a hot drink with it yet, I just love eating it as it is! 😋 I would highly recommend this chocolate to everyone! 😊
