First time trying Jux
I used Jux garlic, red onion and rosemary in a chicken recipe where I would usually use fresh. The flavours were all there, just as always, and no messy, time consuming chopping was needed.

Loved it all, super easy quick way to add veg n herbs without all the peeling and chopping and waste in the bottom drawer of the fridge. Slightly expensive initial outlay but £'s saved in waste and a pot goes so far it's amazing. Thank you Jux and thank you James Martin.

chopped ginger
not a fan of the chopped ginger the powdered ginger was much easier for baking and making drinks, not as versatile as the powder
