Very, very disappointed.

The original jar I ordered I received cracked. I sent an email along with pictures and a video and they sent me a replacement which I received on February 2. I opened the box so excited to finally get this thing and I took it out and it was also cracked. I have sent sent an email and was requested to send them a video of both jars. I’m waiting for an answer.
