Progressing years!

I am 65yrs old, I competed in a lot of sports in my teens, twenties and thirties, but that's all behind me. It's simple I hate water! What doesn't help is that I am dehydrated, and by drinking one of these in 600ml of water, I can put back what my body needs, whilst my mental attitude is also satisfied by the distinct flavours.

Really love this. I get strawberry flavor. No horrible salty taste or weird after taste like other brands I’ve tried. Love the single sachet servings, was perfect when I went on holiday for ease

Love Liquid I. V

Came across liquid I. V as brand after a friend gave me a few sachets to try. I’m now on my 5 box. Great hydration benefits but more importantly for me I love the flavours. I buy the mixed box and like all them but lemon and lime is a definite favourite
