Fresh Rainbow Trout
Order was received early and each fillet vacuum packed. I can’t rave enough about the size and freshness of each trout fillet. When they say “fresh”, it’s like they just pulled it out of the water!

I can finally have Rainbow Trout whenever I feel like it ;^)
Nicely individually portioned as one half of a trout filet - perfect for the smaller appetites or to put in a salad. I pan seared two in olive oil and butter, seasoned simply, and served with lemon wedges. It satisfied my yearning for a delicious Rainbow Trout dinner - Thank You Sizzlefish ;^)
