Really helpful test that covers so many bacterias that could be causing symptoms. Very helpful if you’ve tried testing before with no resolution as this test covers things that GPs don’t. Jessica was also really understanding and informative on post test follow up.

The test itself is very easy and the instructions are very helpful as well as the video to ensure you’re doing it’s properly. My only negative feedback was that I didn’t get the results after three weeks as mentioned in their information. I had to contact them and they said I should have received it, but I didn’t. Jess was very helpful and sent me on my report and also give me a consultation where she went through all the results of what they mean so that was very helpful and that meant I didn’t have to worry about what the numbers/results meant either, so I was very pleased with the service and put my mind at ease. It’s a really interesting test to do.
