Explosion Box with Dropping Sweets

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item for £56.68 and UPS later demanded an unexpected £25.94 import fee before delivery. RosiBox themselves told me they believed this charge was an error. Because I did not want to pay an unexpected extra charge, I refused the parcel and it was returned to the sender. I then asked RosiBox for a refund, but they refused, saying the item was discounted, and later stopped responding to my emails. The parcel has been returned to them, but I still have not received my money back. Very poor customer service and communication. I would not order again.
