Is not authentic, no earphones and hard to find one that fits to see if works, very limited instruction where it no even mention product label, no return address label and no way to contact merchant, my order was sent to a 3rd party factory? It looks and (feel) fake cheap knockoff. How can I return this junk ? “Insured delivery”? The plastic cheap bag was dented open !!!
