Vinyl is good, but service… The service is very lame. After placing the order, they didn’t contact me for about a month, until I started writing to the mail and their social networks, but even this did not work, and as a person from Ukraine, I had to call on roaming to Canada to contact the manager, who said that they had a problem with delivery to my address. Why haven't they contacted me in all this time? Big question. Two weeks later, I still sent the order and now I received it. Be careful, the label staff is apparently not in a hurry to do their job properly.

Came in good condition, only complaint I have is that shipping said it would arrive between 7-10 business days, it took 14. Normally this wouldn’t be a big issue but I ordered this as a gift, and I expected it to come within those days. Came in 4 whole days, not business, after I needed it.

Item came in perfect condition, but it would have never arrived had I not emailed and called the Arts and Crafts office multiple times to pressure into following up on the order after a month without any update.
