Gutes Gefühl
Ich nehme Zink auch in Tablettenform, da ich jedoch verstanden habe, dass es sich mit einigen anderen Nährstoffen nicht verträgt, nehme ich es dann meistens nicht. Dieses kolloidale ist somit immer ein Schlückchen für zwischendurch. Zudem habe ich keine Übelkeit, wenn ich es auf nüchternen Magen einnehme.
