Macaroni & Cheese

--Standard macaroni and cheese taste. Bought 10 boxes since it was on sale. Unsure if the extra protein in was worth the sale price. --Long straight noodles, about 2" long. --Found it difficult to make the microwave version - probably needed to add time and keep stirring. So now I just make the stovetop version and it turns out fine, especially the longer one lets it sit. --I add canned mushrooms and very finely diced cauliflower to the mac and cheese mixture.

it is easy and tastes pretty good
