I recently bought the Wellness Kit from Muihood, which includes the Mugwort Bath Soak, and I loved it. The pouch is a great size and diffuses really well in the bath, the water turns green and smells herbal. I used it during my period to help with cramps, knowing the benefits of mugwort, and it felt very calming and soothing.
It also includes ear seeds, and the booklet included was super helpful for learning where to place them, even as a beginner. Everything feels really thoughtful and high quality!
