Crosswind Vest

Hello? Customer Service?

I purchased a Johnnie O vest with a Lofoten Links logo in size XL. When I received it, I tried it on and it was much too large. I reached out to Customer Service to see what could be done about returning the vest for a smaller size. I phoned the customer service line and left a message. I also emailed the customer service portal twice with no reply. I just wish someone would reach out to me to help determine the best way to get the smaller size.
