The direct wire is perfect. 95% of new cars don't come with the 12 volt jack that you send with the unit. There is no way that I should have to pay $40. 00 extra to get my 360 to function properly. You guys are 10 years behind the times. You need to send the proper wire WITH the unit to avoid this problem.
