Excellent Customer Service!
I previously left a 2-star review for the color Jade, because it came out blue on the white material I tested it on. Fortunately, customer service reached out after my review, and they worked with me to help me understand that the dye interacts differently with the leather. In the end, the Jade color was perfect for my project, and I'm grateful that customer service worked with me until I understood how the dye works, and my problem was solved.

Good product, shipped as ordered.
It took a long time, about two weeks to receive order, shipping costs were too high.
