Used it twice with mixed results. I cooked sesame chicken the other day and the chicken stuck to the bottom of pan. I used vegetable oil, 5 tablespoons and heated it up on low to medium heat. Oil was about 350 degrees when i put the chicken in.
I expected it to be nonstick and clearly it is not.
It did clean up after but i had to really scrub it and im guessing i spent a good 10 minutes cleaning it.
Not impressed. Sorry.

Very happy so far. This was for my husband, who’s ruined numerous skillets due to his need to cook on high heat. Time will tell.

You say its stick proof. Lol the ridged on tje bottom catch make it impossible for it not to stick.
I wanted a flat bottom to crisp up foods.
Since i tossed my pan. I am stuck with it.
I get food stinking all they time.
A good sauce pan. Sucks for frying stuff
