Not having a kettlebell at home we wanted one that had multiple uses and this one hasn't disappointed. My wife and I can train together and quickly reset weights for our different lifts between sets. Smooth action to change the weight and really enjoying them so far

Excellent kettle bell Does exactly what is meant to. I do a routine with my partner. She has the lower weight andI the higher. Saves space and easy to switch weights.

I love these. To be able to have one kettlebell with adjustable weights is so easy.
