Door de shampoo worden de Exstensions stugger. Dit is niet prettig.
Serum is erg fijn. Drukknop komt niet goed naar boven waardoor het serum er erg lastig uitkomt. Voor de prijskwaliteit mag dit niet. Letters veeg je zo van de verpakking af.
