Personalized Necklace with Side Initials

I am very disapointed in my product the quality of it is not a nice finished gold like in pic. My 2 letters I had put in don’t end up on the same side as it put around my neck only one letter is the write way while the other is backwards and instead of it showing in front more or less it at the top somewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nostalgia Jewellery. The item was advertised as 18k gold, but when it arrived it had a brownish, tarnished appearance and looked nothing like I expected. It appeared unwearable straight out of the package. I contacted the company immediately to raise my concerns, expecting they would stand behind their product. Unfortunately, despite reporting the issue as soon as I received it, they refused to provide a refund or resolve the matter to my satisfaction. Based on my experience, the product did not match my expectations from the advertisement, and I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I would advise potential buyers to research carefully before purchasing.
