Not worth it

The so called working camera is not working and they make it so awkward and long winded to get a refund or replacement that in the end I gave up. I bought several products from them, they are not cheap by any means and up to now I was always happy with my purchases. But it is when something goes wrong that you see how good a company really is and here the after sale service is abysmal. I won't be buying from them again, they have lost a customer.
