Chris' Coffee kept me informed about the unit, and the unit arrived as scheduled. The package was in excellent condition. I immediately removed the unit for the packaging and performed the setup. It took several attempts to zero in the espresso. The flow control and temperature PID worked as described. In summary, I am very happy with my Quick Mill Pop Up and with Chris' Coffee service. I am still working to perfect the flow control, preinfusion and all associated with that work flow.

This was a definite step up from my aging Silvia. Along w/ the Pop Up, I went w/ a single shot grinder and scale. The difference in the quality and flavor depth of the shots is off the charts. The folks at Chris Coffee were extremely helpful in making the purchase which arrived well packed in a timely fashion. I look forward to chatting w/ their support team for additional advice to improve the already great shot performance.

Still learning

I don’t get a constant quality coffee I set up the machine but every brew is different quality even using the same parameters. I had a quick mill with E61 group and worked much better. I had a more constant quality.
