Lavender Dreams

it took an excessively long time for delivery. tracking said half of the order was delivered 2 miles away. About 1 week or so after sending an email asking what was going on, I received my full order. upon opening said order, I discovered that I did not receive what my had ordered. one of the boxes stating it was lavender was in fact, Pink Champagne. Smells nice but who ever is saying the aroma is long lasting is not truthful. while mopping or cleaning, the scent is indeed heavenly. however, it dissipates after roughly 15 minutes. Cleans well but I will not be reordering, mainly due to the shipping problems and secondly due to the cost.

I bought the lavender scent. It smells so good but literally only when you’re using it. Once you’re done, even if you leave your house and walk right back in, you can’t smell it at all. It’s super expensive for not actually being long lasting, which is basically the whole point of this product. No matter how much you add to the water it doesn’t last so it’s very expensive for any product, but especially when that doesn’t work. I even tried adding it to a spray bottle to spray my couch and furniture with and again no matter how much I add to the water it just doesn’t smell unless you’re actively using it lol! Also, they make it really hard to cancel your subscription. You can’t use Safari you have to use chrome in order for the link to work to cancel.

I have not used this product because i just get it in yesterday. Order it on Aug. 8 and received it on Aug. 25. The tracking number for USPS said that tracking number was not good so i could not track package. Wrote in for info but no reply. I give it five stars because this is for product and not customer service.
