Love the larger sizes and new bottles I was a long time purchaser however stopped due to price and small bottles. Also a lot of product got stuck in the old bottles. Loving these new styles

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to follow up on my complaint regarding a faulty nozzle on the product delivered. I emailed you on 13 August and again on 18 August, but unfortunately I have received no response. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, especially as I am a repeat customer and have supported your products. The cream cannot be used because the nozzle is not dispensing the product at all. I would appreciate this being looked into urgently and a suitable resolution provided, whether that is a replacement or refund. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. The results were almost instant I noticed a huge shift within the first 2 weeks of use. The smell is pleasant enough to use daily. I stuck to the instructions to a T. The only down side is week 4 my skin plateaued and the product only lasted 6 weeks not 3 months. Definitely need bigger bottles of product especially for the price.
