Jax Floppy Hat

Its sooo funny and i love that the left hand makes the right ear go up and the right hand puts the left ear up

Item arrived faulty and customer support has unfortunately not replied to my query despite waiting well over 72 hours for a response. One of the ears doesn't raise. I'm super sad about that but I imagine that this hat would be 5/5 if it weren't faulty because it's super soft and the ear that DOES work is super cool. Update: still no reply from customer service I am so disappointed by this because it has made me loose faith in the company's merch now.

The product is nice but my son noticed that when you press the right ear, the left ear moves. Not sure if thats a defect or how it was designed but seems very odd.
