Slightly disappointed
This is my fourth backpack from Kraxe Wien, and until now my experience has always been very positive. I really like the quality and the overall design, which is why I keep coming back.
However, this time I was slightly disappointed. The backpack has a very strong smell of paint or glue, and unfortunately it doesn’t seem to fade even after some time. The same smell is also present in the small bag I ordered, which makes it quite unpleasant to use.
Additionally, there was an issue with my apparel order. I chose a sweater with a small logo on the side, but received one with a large logo in the center, which is not what I expected.
I hope this feedback helps improve quality control in the future, as I genuinely like the brand and want to continue purchasing from it.

This backpack is beautiful, well designed and perfectly crafted. The colour Cobre is awesome and the shoulder straps are comfortable. Purchased it online, from Kraxe website and received it in a few days. It was perfectly packed for shipping. Very satisfied with overall experience and quality of the backpack. It's from Porto ! Top !
